WHERE DO I PARK?

Being a Downtown venue, we know parking is a big concern for our guests. The AT&T Discovery District parking garages located at 1212 Jackson St. & 1500 Jackson St. are available to the public after 5pm on Weekdays and all day on Weekends. Parking is free with validation at Jaxon or other onsite vendors in the District.

What if I'm using a ride share service? (uber/lyft)

The designated pick-up / drop-off location is located at 211 S. Akard St.

ARE YOU SHOWING MY FAVORITE TEAM'S GAME ON TV?

With 26 TV’s both inside and on our 10,000 sq. ft. patio, we’ll probably have your game on.
In the event we aren’t sporting your home team, let the hostess or server know what game you’d like and our management team will do their best to accommodate your request.

CAN I WALK AROUND THE DISTRICT WITH MY DRINK?

Ok, this might not be frequently asked because most would assume the answer is no… BUT that’s not the case in the AT&T Discovery District!
Customers are able to walk throughout the District and into other restaurants and bars with their alcoholic beverage.
This includes Jaxon’s indoor and outdoor space, the soon-to-open Exchange Food Hall, around the globe and the AT&T Experience Store.

DOES JAXON OFFER VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN-SENSITIVE, OR OTHER ALTERNATIVE MENUS? / DO YOU HAVE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN DISHES? / ARE YOU ALLERGY FRIENDLY?

Yes! We have Vegetarian options like our Smoked Cauliflower and other great dishes. Let a staff member know your dietary restrictions when ordering and they will ensure your needs are met.
We accommodate most needs, simply let your server know if there are any allergies, sensitivities and/or preferences. 

HOW CAN MY BAND PLAY AT JAXON?

IS JAXON KID / PET FRIENDLY?

We allow dogs on our patio, but please keep them on a leash, as it is a requirement by law.

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED? HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Reservations are not required, but if you have a large party or want the security of a reserved table, we use RESY for all our reservations. Click the link to plan your next visit! 

HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT?
For event bookings, email [email protected] with details on your party including date, time, party size and special requests and our events manager will reach out to schedule your group.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE JAXON GIFT CARDS?
